1. Digital and Personalized Services

All products and services offered on https://insiightnumerology.com — including numerology reports, astrology readings, and consultations — are custom-made and delivered digitally. As such, they are non-refundable once the order has been placed and fulfilled.

2. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for: Personalized numerology and astrology reports. Online or live consultations. Downloadable content once accessed. Missed appointments without prior notice (see rescheduling policy below).

3. Order Cancellation

Orders may only be canceled within 1 hour of placing the order, provided work has not yet begun. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at suureshpunia@gmail.com or +919375531616.

4. Rescheduling Consultations

You may reschedule a consultation at least 24 hours in advance without any penalty. Missed sessions without notice are considered fulfilled and are non-refundable.

5. Exceptions (If Any)

If you believe you received an incorrect or incomplete service, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will review your case and, if appropriate, may offer a revised service or partial refund at our discretion.
